Great ribs! but slow service

Good restaurant for the family. Nice and clean, but packed at times. Not enough waiting space, the lines go all the way outside. Slow service, waiting time was about 40 min. Long time waiting, but the food is really good.

Like any other bbq place, there is nothing that makes it stand out. It offers the basic BBQ menu but does have a great service that makes it especially welcoming to families.

I took my grandparents for their anniversary there and also took my parents. The waiter was was very rude, I felt like we could not make any requests...even for water. Worst experience ever had at a Tony Roma's. Our Catholic elementary school graduates and their families received absolutely abysmal service - after an hour and half of waiting - we received lukewarm food. The manager was indifferent to us - and those of us fortunate to sit in the restaurant and not in the meeting room received far better service. Heard nothing but excuses from a whiney... more
