Please if your looking to foster/adopt do not enter the program. They have the worst services/social workers possible. All they are really concerned about is money. Wasted three years of my life.

Facilities seemed nice, but problems surfaced later. On DVD day, my 4 year old told me they viewed videos all day. Incredible to think the kids were put in front of the TV all day!!!! They hardly work on numbers and letters and did no preparations for kindergarten.

The most appalling thing was that one of the teachers showed the Michael Jackson "Thriller" video to a class of 4 year...
