This company takes year long maintenance contracts which include replacement of parts. Our machine was never kept operating in a professional manner, and we found they were using electrical tape to fix parts they said they had replaced!
We paid Datanet Consultants for a year of maintenance and service on our copier. We paid every month. There was not a single month without problems. The last 4 months of the contract have been a nightmare. They are uninterested in fixing the machine. We had another company check it out after the last time that Datanet claimed to have put in parts (for which we waited 3 weeks) and the other company found no new parts. Datanet had been fixing the old parts with electrical tape! Do Not Use These Guys.
