Horrible Service & Inaccurate Time Estimate

We had the owner of this location come to our home & provide us with a cost & time estimate. The owner stated it would take 1 day to do 3 bedrooms. It took an entire week (living with our 3 bedrooms furniture in our living room!!). Then the people scratched up all of our baseboards in each room.
