This was the absolute worst cleaning crew I have ever seen. They arrived late and worked in the dark (not too easy to see dirt in the dark). They gossiped and the crew manager stood around a lot. He also did not review the work so I was forced to point things out to him that needed to be done the first time or done twice.
I ended up cleaning a lot of what they had supposedly ""already"" cleaned. The two worst issues were that it cost an absolute fortune, and that they used dirty rags to wipe things down, especially in the kitchen.
My husband's aunt has a rental home so she uses this...
