Living by the thru way does make for a hard nights sleep sometimes from the noise but you get used to it! The others tenants are pretty cool. Grounds are always well maintained. The office people are super helpful whenever we need them too! It's a great location to everything. Downtown, parks, shopping. Im very happy here ♡

I would leave 0 stars if I could but you can't. There are so many reasons not to live here and not enough space to list them but the best of all is THEY DO NOT LIST AFTER HOUR MAINTENANCE NUMBERS AND SO I GET TO JUST LET MY ONE BATHROOM APARTMENT TOILET LEAK WITH NO ONE TO FIX IT!!1 WHO DOES THAT? Stay as far away as you can get save yourself

Do not live here!
I am not one to take time to right a review but, if it prevents someone from a terrible experience then I am more than willing. I have had the worst renting experience and if I could rate negatively, I would.

If you never want to get a good nights sleep, I would highly recommend moving here. Otherwise avoid it like the plague. Worst living experience I've ever had.
