Never Showed up!

I bought the $100 KSL window cleaning special offer and set up two appointments. Had to cancel 1st appointment due to rain, and he never showed up for the next appointment. He will not return my calls. I have left approx. 10 messages and can't get anyone to call me back. I've already paid the $100. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS AGAIN! I hope I get my money back!

They skip windows, don't wipe the seals, provide poor customer service. They leave streaks and lack the training to get the job done right. I highly pursuade going to another window cleaning service.

The work SharperView does is excellent when they perform the service. The VIP program worked well the first year I had it but this year 2013 their service has been tremendously lacking. They don't return phone calls and don't show up when promised. I would recommend sticking to paying as you go.

Poor customer realtions

We have tried for over four months to contact this company to redeem a voucher bought off of Amazon Local. They have never yet returned a phone call or answered an e-mail. Now in the process of going through amazon to get a refund for the soon to expire voucher.
