Collecting from this company is nearly impossible, they will ignore your phone calls, never return a voicemail, and most likely Mark will never be there to talk to you if you go to visit. It's taken us months to try and get payment, when we do, it's not even the full amount, they'll come up with some reason not to pay you. There are far better contractors in the area, stay away from Riggsby.

Lame, irresponsible, un-reliable and wont pay their bills.I ve been waiting over 4 months to get paid.
Had a contract they re-nigged on the material (goofed up order there fault) and re-fused to pay
with a signed contract.So before it gets bad im telling everyone else to stay AWAY from these swindlers. Save your time and go w/ someone else.
