Horrible service!!!! Had my furnace supposedly fixed about 2 weeks ago. Still not working right. Had them come out again today and they say it is my thermostat even though that was also just replaced. Charged me $65 for absolutely nothing even though their paperwork states that you have 90 days. I will NEVER use them again!! Horrible service in home and with customer service on the phone.

Be careful. They will lie and gouge you on price parts. In an after hours call, I told them just what part was needed, even the part number. I was told the part could not be gotten, and it would be over 600$...

This was a complete lie, I later confirmed you can have the supply house opened for a small charge. And BTW - the part was only 125$

I spoke to the office manager and was justified up and down as to their lies...

You have been warned..

Master Tech came out to replace an old, broken furnace. The service was prompt and Ryan, the owner, made the whole process hassle free. Customer service was excellent and the service was quick and professional. I will be recommending Master Tech to all my friends and family in the area.
