Management is unprofessional, disorganized, and rude. When we first looked to move in, we met with Kelsey, who seemed wonderful and was a big reason why we chose this complex. The management team has been a pleasure to work with and very genuine in their service. The apartments are beautiful and spacious. The floor plans are designed well with ample storage. It's a very pleasant and quite community. I would highly recommend this community! it has close access to shopping, restraunts, and the freeway. Anything you need is within minutes away.

The location is amazing and the people are wonderful! We are so close to shopping and restaurants that we could just walk. The Cottonwood Creek is so beautiful, especially in the spring when the trees are full of leaves. The management has changed a bit since I have been living here but the two women we have in the office now really have their stuff together. They are both amazing and welcoming...

Love/hate relationship

We do love it here,but the constant change in management is ridiculous. The hot tub they boast about hasn't work since last summer. They want to beat us up with notes on all the doors reminding everyone of certain rules, but there are many things that never get done by management. There's rarely any upkeep done to the buildings themselves. But they raise the rent every single time you renew...

We have experienced several changes in management the past 3 years, and every time they seem to get worse. Inaccurate record-keeping, extremely poor communication, and unprofessional treatment of tenants are the norm. They are impossible to get in touch with, particularly if you work regular hours.
