I've lived here for a while and I think the new management is much better than the old. There is timely maintenance, preventive care (spraying your house for bugs on the regular), and timely responses to inquiries. This is a great apartment building if you're looking for an affordable yet fun area of Washington, DC. I am a recent New York City transplant, so I was looking for a neighborhood that still had good access to restaurants and bars.
