Friendly and personable staff and management. Clean, modern building and apartment. Dog friendly. Amazing view of Washington monument. Accessible to many restaurants, museums and other nightlife. We are also not far from the expressway.

Very noisy do to neighboring construction that starts as early as 6am and sometimes doesn't finish until after 10pm. The location is ok, but not too many options in the local neighborhood for entertainment. The garage is a pain to park in due to incredibly small spots.
