Prices are relatively cheap compared to other complexes in the area. Love the proximity to freeway, grocery stores, entertainment, library, fitness center, and schools. Also enjoy the fact that this is one of the very few apartment complexes that allow pets.

Spacious 3 bedroom floorplan, lots of beautiful mountain views. Indoor/outdoor pool, exercise room,bbq grills, a park for the kids and even a dog park since it is a pet friendly facility.

This community is just a step up from the slums. Maintenance over the years has been extremely mediocre like applying duct tape for the fix; yet the management demands rent increases every time for lease renewal. The water main was recently repaired; in the 5 years of residency. I have been paying for wasted water since then. Needs work!!
