WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I took 3 baseball caps to this cleaner and what I received back was unbelievable. These hats are not even wearable! The edges of the bills are all curled up and the rest of the hat has been shrunk to the point of not fitting. I was shocked by the cost of $22 before I even seen the finished disaster. when i first started dropping off clothes my bill was predictable. Then after about months my total was extreamly diffrent. For example I used to pick up 5-7 items per week for around $20. later my bill ranged between $35 and the highest?

I have been several times and they always do a very nice job. I even had them hem pants and patch some old jeans. All came out great! They have good customer service and they take the Kitsap Card.
