The technician did a good job. The price was a little higher than I expected ($337.57) but I needed the drain unplugged. I would recommend the service to my friends.

We had called Roto-Rooter for our home. I have to say I was amazing at the organization of getting a repair man out to our home and he arrived when expected. Florin was our serviceman's name, he was very professional and knowledgeable on what our problem was. He explained everything he did and showed us what he found. If the need arises again, we will not hesitate to call Roto-Rooter again. We thank you for everything Florin did to solve our plumbing problem. We live in Kirkland, Washington.
