North Pointe is a older complex. When I first moved in I thought it was a great place. Everyone was nice and it felt like home. The Remodeled Apartments were okay, the Mantle above the fire place was crooked, the living room had a draft like no other. The door frame didn't fit with the door at all. Let's see, on the list of amenities this place offers, a few are incorrect. The pool is not Olympic sized. More like pea sized. Jacuzzi is not relaxing, it's always dirty and smells of too much chemical. The "club house" is never open. My kids wanted to go play the foozball tablet thats up there and office said its closed to the public (I rent here, I'm not public). Tennis courts is just a...
