I am through with using Sears' Craftsman outdoor equipment and the convoluted process when it becomes necessary to need service. A total messed up process and very, very poor customer service set up. No wonder why Sears is nearing the doors of doldrums. Really too bad as I have always been a big user of Craftsman tools and products.

Customer service was quick and that is about all the good that can be said. Price to replace a $30 switch was exorbitant. Total price was $271 and it took the workman about 5 to 10 total minutes to replace. I was shocked and dismayed. Could have replaced the dryer for only about half as much.

The Sears technician was very efficient & completed the repair in a timely manner. In addition, he was friendly and insisted on cleaning up his work area. We were very satisfied with the service received.

I was very impressed with the serviceman. He was prompt, knowledgeable and very personable. He was able to find and fix my problem without having to replace any parts and gave useful advice on how to keep the problem from reoccurring.
