I recently had a horrible experience there with the young owner who refused to reimburse me after they lost 3 of my wife's favorite Donna Karen dresses. I had my receipt that I paid a lot of money for it. Horrible customer service!! How do you lose three 3 pieces???? I'm so upset as to their lack of customer service.

I've been a customer for ten years. These guys know what they're doing. Good service, good quality work and great value. There are a lot of options in the neighborhood, but i always come back to magical!
