I am not happy at all, the technician came and told me that it was a computer piece that was deficient and that it could not be replaced and that I had to buy a new fridge, but I paid the $108.00.
When he left, I checked on line, paid $24.00 to get "just answer" who told me where to get the piece. I ordered it and received it. I expect SEARS to send ANOTHER TECHNICIAN TO PLACE IT FOR FREE.....

We had some issues with our appliances under warranty and had these guys come out to do some repairs. The work was good and it was pretty easy to get it scheduled.

He told me he could not fix my problem. Took a picture, to send to head office. Will update later with the results if it gets fixed or not

Scheduled for service from Saturday, noon to 5. Received a phone call at 3pm that technician would be here in 10 minutes. Waited an hour & half for technician. Called the service twice to complain he had not arrived. At 5:30 I called again and found out that technician had canceled the appointment without telling anyone. Rescheduled for Tuesday...they refused to schedule for Monday even...
