The associates here are so helpful and friendly! They weren't pushy at all either, so I actually felt compelled to buy more, which is a testament to their sales talent. They even spritzed my choice of fragrance onto tissue paper before wrapping my item with it. Nice!

I think I'll stick to the SoHo and Flatiron locations. People there have more respect for their clients than this location. Nice store - exactly what you'd expect from a L'occitane. However, the staff are a little snobby and really don't care to help you.
