I am visiting NYC from Miami and needed a quick wash and blowdry. I searched on my iPhone for nearby places and found this place as the closest. I walk in and I was very plesantly greeted. I told them what service I needed and the lady that called me in put me in a chair and started washing my hair. She did a great job with that but when I was put in the chair for the blow dry the horror began....
