Our apartment is spacious and beautiful. The location is perfect. Bret in the office is very helpful and professional..
The only negative is that we live on the bottom floor and my neighbors above we are quite loud. The workout facilities are mediocre .

Very poorly constructed and very noisy. There is virtually no insulation between the floors. You can hear your upstairs (or downstairs) neighbor going to the bathroom!
