I have live in several apartments and haven't ever written a bad review. Avalon lake apartments are absolutely AWFUL!! Not only are they over prices and horrible old, the floor squeak the the maintenance is men are SO lazy they won't even come out and change a filter!! We had a big hole in the water heater closet and it was OUR fault mice were coming into our apartment.... And it was our fault...

I highly do not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. Vehicles gets broken in servrals times and cops say that its the people that live in the complex. Do not leave anything outside or it will be gone … i highly do not recommend this apartment complex to anyone.
