Located at a nondescript strip mall named Kim's Plaza, Gombo Wang is renowned for their housemade naeng-myun, which are cold buckwheat & arrowroot noodles. Being closeby to me, it was only a matter of time before I set food inside Gombo Wang for their specialty dish....
