This company used to be reliable, but lately they've been slipping in their product. The messengers are always late, they are rude for no reason. The overnight deliveries are not delivered overnight, sometimes they get lost and are not delivered at all! I don't know who else to use so I'm currently stuck with them because everyone I ask uses Family Messenger but doesn't know who else to turn to.
