I filed an UNPAID OVERTIME WAGES CLAIM to the FEDERAL DEPARTMENT OF LABOR on EPIC VALET and finally got accepted my overtime pay. What a stupid excuse to give in reponse to this poor customer's car

All I have to say is WTF?!!!
What a way to respond.... this is what happened to a customer's car and all "EPIC VALET" can say is "These things happen unfortuately, the same thing probably would have happened if the customer parked the car himself."
WOW! I be sure to remember "EPIC VALET," shouldn't be hard not to remember this valet company. I can't believe that is the excuse "EPIC VALET"...
