The only Non Profit CrossFit box in Arizona that is open to the public. All the benefits of CrossFit for the most affordable price in the Southwest. CrossFit is for motivated people who enjoy camaraderie, constantly varied workouts, and building relationships with other diverse athletes. All ages and fitness levels are welcome.
