I'm sorry you had a bad experience with Sylvan, however the location you are complaining about moved in 2006. Who have you called to try to resolve this issue? I have not received any complaints in years from parents, so it was not this particular franchisee, however I would be happy to help you resolve your issue.
I'll admit it. When I was a kid, I got the ADHD label because school was boring. Sylvan took the time to give me the one on one attention I needed to stay focused. I now have a degree in physiology from the U of Arizona and I am a doctor of chiropractic. Thanks Sylvan.
