Brought my phone in to repair a cracked screen. Was told it would be ready that day. Took a week. Upon its return, I noticed that the screen was not replaced properly. The worst part was everything was erased...my contacts, apps, etc, but worst of all, my pics and videos. Never asked me if all was backed up. Cannot replace pics and vidos. They issued an apology but that's it. Go elsewhere!
