I am giving Sears 1 star because 0 stars is not an option. Here's why I am so very dissatisfied: Today is October 17th, and I have been without hot water since September 16 (31 days now and still counting)!! Sears has had service techs out to my home on Sept. 17 (for diagnosis) and on Sept. 20, Sept. 26, and Sept. 28 for repair attempts- still no hot water. The repairman on Sept. 28 put in...

Had a very good experience with our technician, Kevin. He was thorough with cleaning the water heater, vacuuming the necessary parts and inspecting over the heater. We've had our heater inspected for the past 3 years and it was only this year that the technician thoroughly looked at the tank. Thank you Kevin for a good well done!
