Help us make it rightI have been taking my dog to the Bedford location for 4 months. I thought this would be a good place to take my dog during the day, but it ended up being one headache after another. My dog got kennel cough from being there, she got a hematoma on her rear end from falling on the hard slippery floor in the indoor play yard, I don't think they fed her the food I provided every day because she would come home and have diarrhea after being there (there were several days that they didn't feed my dog at all because her food bag was still in our belongings at the end of the day), and their customer service is awful. I tried contacting the manager for three weeks to resolve an issue and they refused to return any of my phone calls. They kept over $100 of my money and refused to give me a refund. Completely unresponsive and rude. I went into the facility to talk with the manager and her response was "you are obviously emotional so I'm not talking to you." I have never seen such horrendous customer service. I will never take my dogs here ever again.
My dog has been going to Camp Bow of Bedford for the last year. After the 2nd time, we could not even mention the name without him getting so excited he would run to the door to go. It's great exercise and good socialization with humans. He was a rescue dog who was very afraid of people. He's come a long way since going to daycare. Best part is that he is so exhausted when he comes home. A tired dog is a good dog!
