Been there twice, food was freezer burnt, menu looked good but disappointed. unfortunately very limited choices in conifer.

I am a bit embarrassed to say, that I have been back in the area for 3 years, and my first time at Brooks was December. Boy, what a mistake. I like going to Brooks. The atmosphere is inviting. The food lacks sometimes. Just depends on what you order. A salad special was not very plentiful this part time. Love the appetizers, especially the pretzels. This is also a nice place for an alcohol drink. Brooks has a nice bar and seating area.

Brooks is a great locally owned gem in the Foothills. Food is consistently delicious. I especially like the burgers and gyro. My son likes the mac and cheese, especially the option to get mac and cheese, with a side of mac and cheese. Service is consistently friendly.

Great place to hang out with friends, good food, great prices. Service can be iffy, but is usually pretty good. Love Wednesdays for the bottle of wine 1/2 price night, great deal!!
