The staff was quick to respond. The technician who showed up at first was a bit inexperienced and could not resolve the clog. However when Darryl showed up he knew just what to do to get our sewer line opened.

Further update: I got my lines 'cleared' on Tuesday, and on Sunday, my lines started to backup. This has never happened before I cleaned the lines, EVER. I was doing preventative maintenance....

I called Roto Rooter to come out an unclog my bathroom sink drain. They gave me a four-hour window, but didn't show up until seven hours later. I had to be home all day waiting for them. When they finally arrived, they said my drain was indeed clogged (I already knew that) and wanted $309 to unclog it. I told them forget it--for that price, I can rent a snake and unclog it myself!

I made an appointment in which they set up a 4 hour window 2-6 pm. No one called, no one showed up. I called the company to see where they were, they said they were behind schedule and would come tomorrow between 10 AM to 2pm. And no one called and no one showed up again! don't waste your time with Roto rooter!
