I called twin city appliance and they NEVER showed, two days in a row. Very unprofessional. Best Appliance answered the phone quickly and politely. They were said they would be here between 9 and 10. He got here at 9:30. Just as nice as could be, very professional and helpful. My fridge was fixed in less than 30 min. I will continue to use Best Appliance as long as I live in Bossier City.
