We chose Axels's because it was a midway point for us and another couple. We were quickly greeted and seated with the serve who worked with us being attentive and prompt in taking our pre-dinner drink order. Hadn't been in yeaaaaars, finally decided to go back for a date night.

Waitress was top notch, very kind and on point with everything. Wine selection was pretty good as well.

Food left something to be desired. My wife had the coconut shrimp and liked...it. Nothing special she said, but nothing terrible.

Good steaks and drinks

We had a really nice time here for a family birthday party. The ambience was very nice, the staff were very helpful, the drinks were interesting and creative and we enjoyed our meals. I wasn't in the mood for a full steak (although they looked...delicious) so I ordered a Greek salad with a garnish of their seasoned steak tips and it was delicious - and a lot more food than I expected!

What a disappointment, filet was blood red and full of grizzle, filet was sent back and no credit or apology by management. I had the halibut and it was rubbery and in a soup like mixture, what a travesty for a good piece of expensive...fish! Did not appear that any of our drinks which were ordered during happy hour had the prices reduced? Overall, terrible dining experience, not likely to...
