Atherton Park Apartments

Me and my husband just moved in to Atherton park apartments! They are very nice, and they are willing to work with you. They also very good at coming straight over if there is anything wrong, or issues that need to be fixed they have someone come immediately to fix it. So far so good.

I have been living here for almost a year and it has been the worst place I have ever lived in! First, when my family and I moved in, already seeing cock roaches running around. I have reported this to the office many times. The whole time I have lived here and all was done was spraying a couple of times and one time bombing the place with more chemicals. Nothing has worked. It is like living in an expensive abandoned building my wife and roommate called them 9 times to get our heater fixed in the wintertime then we called the emergency after hours number when it finally got below -7 now it is hotter then hell 83 degrees and after my wife called them they responded by saying everyone is on the waiting list for fixing everything! Absolutely the worst apartments I’ve lived in. I regret signing that lease. As I’m sure you’ve read about the mice and roaches they are a problem here. Nothing keeps you awake like laying in bed and hearing scratches and turning on the light to find a mouse staring at you. That isn’t even the worst part. There are pros and cons to renting this apartment. I will start with the pros. The grounds are kept nice in which I truly appreciate. Any maintenance request are handled in a timely manner and I don't have to make several requests to get issues addressed. The office staff are friendly and willing to work with you.
