I called at 7am and got an on-site appointment within 90 minutes. When I saw William with his gray hair at my front door, I knew he'd be good! Not only did he diagnose & fix the infection in under an hour, he educated me during the process. If I ever need NERDZ! again, I want William!

We had electrical work done and they cut the power. William showed us how to unplug, count to 10, and plug back in to the tower to make the computer work. Since we had another 50 minutes of his time, he showed my husband how to do all sorts of neat things.

Erick helped me a couple of weeks ago at the store location and I was very please with his knowledge about computers so I requested him again for a problem at work and again am very please with the outcome.
