I have had to have Roto Rooter out twice, for two different situations, in two months. They were always on time, courteous and professional. They did an excellent job; completed the job quickly; charged a fair price and left the work area clean. They were careful to avoid damage to my landscaping and explained all of the repairs to me. I would call them again.

I'm in San Antonio, TX and called the RotoRooter on 3603 Metro Parkway. Called on a Sunday and had a plumber sent out on time. Parts couldn't be ordered until Monday but the plumber helped to confirm the water heater was still under warranty and had the parts installed in a matter of hours. Probably saved quite a bit of money, so thanks.

My service man, Jeffrey Meares was great. He found my problem quickly and addressed it. He was very knowledgeable and I very friendly. Roto- rooter got him out here at the time he was scheduled and called to let me know he was coming. Overall great service and I will use them again.
