I had such a great time at the Biggest Loser finale in Kent last night! It was really motivating and inspiring to not only hear all the success stories but to see them with my own eyes! I feel empowered and I am ready to take control over my body and my lifestyle! Thanks to my friend Jenni for bringing me with her so I could experience the wonderful inspirations at Kent VQ!

I'm personally a fan of this gym. I'm generally uncomfortable exercising around people so the small area upstairs that is for women only is one of my favorite aspects of the facility! The staff is friendly and considering how many dirty sneakers are going through the building they keep it pretty clean.

I have been a member for a long time at Vision Quest. From my experience, this is one of the best run gyms in the entire Seattle area. They have the best customer service, best trainers, best staff in general. The gym is always well kept and clean and equipment is well maintained. If you have never checked out the Vision Quest in your area, I highly recommend doing so now!

I love coming here to work out! I am always greeted by name as I enter the building and whenever I need someone to spot me while I lift a trainer or someone is always willing to jump in and help. This gym is by far the best gym in the Kent area. Not to mention they also have many other locations in the Puget Sound area! I love that they are low cost and really care about their members wants and needs! I have a great trainer and everything at this gym is so affordable. I am starting to love exercising which I never thought I would say!
