I recently opened a yogurt shop in the Portland area and after shopping around, chose DSL and the Taylor frozen yogurt machines for my store. The sales man was very friendly and knowledgable and I never felt pressured into anything. The technician that came out to install my machines was great. All in all, I am very happy with the service I received and the product quality is unbeatable!!

They sold us an ice cream machine and said "sales only drop 20% in winter." I should have listened to my gut instinct as that was obviously very untrue. Training was abysmal and they charge you for every little thing they can. Can't wait to be rid of this lemon.
