Help us make it right; What Tsuji No Hana lacks in location and atmosphere, it makes up for in elegant, imaginative, top-quality presentations of standard sushi, sashimi, and teriyaki standards from the freshest ingredients. Chefs also create an unusual seaweed salad to accompany select Japanese wines, beer, and sake. There are no frills here but fun Polaroid photos and personalized, wooden sake bowls line the walls.
In Short
Despite its strip mall locale, linoleum tables and fluorescent lights, repeat customers recognize the menu selections and presentations here are comparable to more elegant...
A real neighborhood gem. The clientele knew their sushi and sake. Dinners were excellent too.

great sushi bar with a local and socal flavor as well as traditional
japanese food. The Agadashi Tofu is the best appetizer and the
Marinated Albacore is out of this world.
I'm so sad this place is gone. The food, the chefs, the entire staff were the best. I am going to miss dining here.
Too bad it's closing. The portions were huge! The service wasn't the best, but I was there late and they wanted to close.
Transcending its strip mall location, Tsuji No Hana serves up perfectly fresh, traditionally styled sushi to legions of eager patrons. The deep-fried tofu appetizer is excellent, but while there are a number of cooked entrees to choose from, the sushi is what really draws the crowds. ©10Best.com
Birthday celebrants be warned: Special occasions are enthusiastically commemorated by chefs, waitstaff and patrons alike, and memorialized in a Polaroid photo for the restaurant's back wall.
