Sushi Don (Pacific Palisades)

"Impeccably fresh", "exquisite" fish is served in "traditional" preparations (aka no California rolls) at these "expensive" Beverly Hills and West LA Japanese spots and their takeout-focused Pacific Palisades offshoot; perhaps service could use "more flexibility" and the settings aren't much to speak of, but it still comes "highly recommended."
