Called Roto-Rooter looking for a plumber after a sudden copper pipe puncture and they got a technician out to me within an hour on Friday night. Elvis our technician was great, nice and knowledgeable answering all our questions while still working quickly. Within an hour and a half we had hot water again. Definitely would recommend him to my friends any day. Total life saver.

We had a copper pipe spring a leak between our main water line at the street and the shut of valve inside our home. This happened on a Saturday night, and water was spraying up into the wall between our crawl space and our garage. We shut the water off at the meter and called Roto-Rooter on Sunday. We did have to wait until Monday for a plumber that was small enough to squeeze into a tight space under our house, but when Elvis arrived he was AWESOME and well worth the wait!! The plumber, Elvis, arrived quickly to our home, assessed the situation under our sink and had it fixed within an hour or so. He was exceptionally courteous, had all the parts ready to go, and got the job done despite having to fix all the mistakes I made when I tried to fix the problem in the first place. Elvis was extremely knowledgable, gave me some tips and how to handle future issues, and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend him and Roto-Rooter.
