they have been real good in the past but suck in 2014 .. they have shorted my family and meany others on are meat some familys like are have yet to get are pepperoni and it has been more then the 10 weeks in there brochure no one pics up the phone we go to the store and ask and they say you are not the only one whateing for your meat ... they however did a good job on are hamburger so i...
FYI Nick, it wasn't Riteway who failed to show or not call, it was their butcher. They had a butcher around that time who had some personnel issues. He is no longer at Riteway but he is still butchering, I believe it's for one he worked at before, left and went back to again. Hard to keep them straight, hope this helps. Susie M
The customer service is excellent, they go way beyond what is expected. I just wish some of the others knew what was expected... I won't mention any names but you probably already know who they are.
Had to change meat processors recently and all I have to say is I wish I would have known how good these guys are years ago..... Right Choice!!
I have to say they really do a good job. Before coming to Riteway we were with another processor and there is no comparison. There is a reason some of the other ones are so cheap, they have to be...... They treated our customers like GOLD... Thank you Riteway Sue & Mike Carlton, OR
