I won't ever use this or recommend this to any friends.
Our $799.00 proposal for cleaning and adding preservative to our roof came to a $1250.00 bill (for adding two roof vents?). But, to compound the felony Ed submitted the $1250 bill to our credit company as $1650! Hard to say what kind of job he did, but he definitely is trying to retire early.
I used NW Surface Cleaner to clean my roof, I had wonderful service. They did a timely great job at a fair price, I would surely use then again.
Ed Baumann, the owner of NW Surface Cleaner, began cleaning, repairing, and treating cedar shake roofs in 1983. Ed started his company as a one man operation, completing all of the work himself, until he expanded his business, bringing on five more employees to handle high volumes and finally, bringing on his oldest son as a partner in 2014.
