Kathy is very dishonest and very rude to deal with. I have two miniature schnauzers and I asked that their beards not be cut, she completely butchered one of my schnauzers, beard was cut awful....

I worked a couple days in this place and did NOT like it at all!! I quit after a few days.
The lady Kathy is rude to the employes but when a costumer came in she was such a hypocrite and acted all nice. When the customer left Kathy and her co-worker would criticize the person. They put the dogs in a really small cage to dry with a blow dryer inside while they're panting, I felt bad because...
