I don't know what John D. is referring to, but there is just the one location in Sparks. It's pretty clean. They keep the outside picked up and the riff raff out, but it is run-down inside, the curtains aren't hemmed, the blinds are held together with twist-ties, the hot water has a color to it...that sort of thing. Im at the Pony Express as I type this and my friend has all those same bites welts and the are all over her shoulders arms and thighs. They look similar to mosquito bites as well.She has killed what looked like 2 adults so far and shes still looking 5/30/2015 1:53pm

This is a great place to stay for extend lodging. we have been there 3 time in the past 3 years. close to all freeways and walking distance to a local casino. They also have other locations all over Reno.

My Daughter stayed here for 10 nights. She ended up with Scabies!!! I wish there was a zero star option.

after the first two nights we started seeing mosquito like bites on our bodies and the next day my wifes feet had welps all over and my shoulders as well. i told the manager about it and they said an exterminator was coming last week and would come on in and spray. no one ever came. the bug bites are getting worse and worse each day. but since we dont want a lease right now we have to stay here...
