My wife and I stayed at this hotel one night on the way to Lake Tahoe. Location is easy to get to (right off I-80) and convenient to downtown Reno.
The hotel is well maintained, clean and has plenty of free parking. The staff are all friendly and helpful and the rooms are good size. Try to get one up...

Average Motel with a lot of rooms but not your average price, very over rated and very over priced. This motel caters to local businesses and airlines, so the front desk clerks center on those customers and not you the average customers. I stood in line waiting my turn for a room while the two desk clerks allowed airline employees...

Easily 5 stars. Everything as advertised and even better than expected. We wanted something away from downtown and this location is perfect. Close to a variety of dining.
Jenny at the front desk gave us 5 star service. Thanks for everything Jenny.

The room itself was clean and comfortable. That's where it ends. When we went down for breakfast at 9:00 the restaurant was closed up & the front desk told us they " closed 45 minutes early" because no one was there at the time... Really?... The walls are paper thin. We were awakened by arguing next door. Next, the maid...

Nice Hotel Away from the gambling area

Spent one night at this hotel during a roadtrip from Chicago to the Bay Area.
Made the reservation using the Holiday Inn iPhone app while on the road. Rate confirmed on app was $4 less than what I was charged. I've found this a continual problem with the Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express apps.
