Just arrived in downtown LA and my wife was asking for vietnamese food, so we drove to Chinatown after checking a few addresses online, without knowing where to park.
To avoid troubles, we parked in a large parking facility (Chunsan Plaza) for 5$ ...
It's quite expensive, but we when walked to Pho Hoa, we realized that there were parking...

Love the food but dingy. Make sure to clean the eting utensils before using it. Also dont use the restroom here after or before u eat almost threw up

If you are looking for authentic, Vietnamese pho, this is the place! This hole in the wall restaurant does not disappoint. I love getting Pho Tai (beef) but there are so many options to choose...
