Los Angeles Food & Wine Takes Over Grand Ave & More

Dine LA is one of my favorite ten days of the year.
The meals are a bit small but they are all sooo good and surprisingly filling!

I had the ceviche as an appetizer. Not your typical ceviche- this one is actually a lemony fish and calamari combination. Loved it!
Next came the arroz con mariscos which is wayyy better than spanish paella.
Tres leche cake for dessert sealed the deal. Delicious...

Mo-Chica is a fun downtown spot to enjoy some unique Peruvian food. The food here is tasty, though a little pricey.

Some of the food I've tried include:

Causa de Cangrejo (mashed potatoes, fresh crab, avocado) - Light, fresh, tasty, and tangy.

Estofado de Alpaca (Alpaca stew estofado, tagliatelle, aji amarillo sauce, fried organic organic egg) - Creamy and flavorful with tender meat and al...

My party of 7 was quite confused with the food at Mo-Chica. We were expecting tasty food and drinks for reasonable prices. Instead we were served food that all tasted relatively similar with a gross drink along with a side of lack of service.

In general the portions were incredibly small for the price, and they all seem to taste generally the same after you eat a few of the dishes as each had...
